Supreme Courts in Comparative Perspectives – 6835

The course will cover the differing roles and powers of supreme courts in various jurisdictions, including the US Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice, and other supreme courts of more limited jurisdiction. The course will address topics such as agenda setting, case selection, and the court procedures.
