Text:  Tax Controversies:  Practice and Procedure (3nd Edition), Lederman and Mazza (Lexis Nexis).  There is a 2015 supplement to the book which is on TWEN and can also be found online at Professor Lederman’s page at the University of Indiana. 

 

For class on Tuesday September 8 read Chapter 1, pages 1-10 of the casebook and pages 1-10 of the 2015 supplement.  Please be prepared to discuss problems 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Chapter 1.
