Description:
This course provides an overview and critical examination of the judicial process. Its purpose is to provide a pragmatic view of one of the main institutions that affects the administration of justice-the judiciary. Students will examine the decision-making process and administrative procedures of both trial and appellate courts and the basis elements of effective trial and appellate advocacy.
