Description:

Social science perspectives seeks to engage students in a rigorous study of the day-to-day realities of the working lawyer, including professional, financial, personal and political imperatives that frame legal practice. The course consists of two components; a seminar component for 2 crs and a field experience in a legal practice that may either be for credit if unpaid (up to 3 crs, 1 cr for each 4 hrs per week) or not for cr if the work is unpaid (a minimum of 4 hrs per week).
