Description:

Public policy to promote environmental sustainability has significant implications for land use, housing/building patterns, transportation and management of urban growth. This year-long Clinic engages in projects related to this goal, such as: (1) providing technical assistance and advice to local units of government; (2) advocacy before state or federal administrative agencies; (3) legislative or ordinance drafting and advocacy; and (4) production of research reports on selected topics. This Clinic primarily is a policy clinic and does not typically engage in litigation.
