Description:
This course is designed to introduce law students and lawyers from other legal systems to the basics of the U.S. legal system and its legal institutions. The course will include legal research exercises designed to develop legal research skills. Required for LL.M. students and non-degree international students (J.D. candidates may not enroll). Permission of the instructor is required for students not enrolled at the Law School.
