This seminar will examine issues of international environmental law. Although there is a limited body of older law, most of the topic has emerged during the past half century. After the first three weeks, the seminar will largely be based on student participation and reports.

Details:

The International Environmental Law Seminar will meet on Mondays at 3:35 p.m. in room N204. The first class meeting will be Monday, September 10. There are no assigned readings in preparation for that class.

There will be an extra session on Thursday, September 13, at 12:20, for an introduction to library resources. This will be very important in your preparation of two papers to be presented during the seminar. Please plan to attend.
