Description:

This course reviews constitutional, federal, state and municipal law as they specifically affect low income persons. We review the history of anti-poverty programs, the constitutional requirements for such programs, and specific problems in conducting legal research on poverty law programs. The course does not have an exam, but will have five short research assignments.
