Description:
This seminar provides in-depth analysis of current environmental law issues. Adjunct Professor Nauen and visiting specialists from private law firms, federal, state and local government, and Minnesota nonprofits lead discussions on topics such as wind/solar power, climate change, criminal and civil environmental enforcement, citizen lawsuits, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, and many others. Students write a 20-page paper on a current topic of their choice.
