Description:

This clinic provides students opportunity to work with County Attorneys Offices throughout MN when those offices respond to an appeal taken to the MN Court of Appeals by criminal defendants. The students work under supervision of criminal appeals attorney who has extensive experience researching and writing criminal appeals briefs and arguing before the MN Court of Appeals and MN Supreme Court.

Students will present oral arguments to panel of experienced appellate practitioners.

This clinic is one semester.
