Transactional Lawyering Skills

Course Description:

This course will focus on skills necessary in the practice of transactional law. Content areas include identification of negotiation styles and skills, identification of client interests, business ethics, negotiation skills and strategy, and drafting and negotiation of transactional agreements. Students will participate in workshops and simulations to identify their own communication, negotiation, and problem solving styles

Students who complete this course are not eligible to register for the Multi-Profession Business Law Clinic
