The casebook for the course is Winning Patent Litigation by Faegre & Benson LLP. The first chapter (and the assignment for the first class) is attached as a pdf. Your casebook and course handouts may be picked up from Debbie Nelson’s office (Walter Mondale Hall Room 327) anytime after 2:00pm on January 13, 2012, or will be available in the classroom on the first day of class.

The cost of the casebook is $100. Please make checks payable to Faegre Baker Daniels LLP and give the check to one of the professors during one of the class sessions this semester. You may choose to pay for the casebook at any time.
