(phone, fax, copier/printer, etc)
University policy states that University telephones shall not be used for personal long distance calls, unless charged to an individual’s residence telephone or personal credit card. If you need to make a personal call which, if dialed direct, would result in a long distance phone charge to the department/University, please: (a) call collect; (b) charge the call to your home phone; or, (c) charge the call to a personal calling card.
University equipment and services such as computers, copiers/printers, facsimiles, machines, tools, and data networks accessing electronic mail and institutional, college, or departmental computer systems should not be used for solicitation or for purposes not authorized by the Board of Regents, one's sole monetary gain, personal data, or excessive personal messages.
The Law School reserves to suspend usage rights for any inappropriate use of University equipment. Printing privileges may be suspended, or students charged or subjected to other disciplinary actions for inappropriate or excessive use of Law School printers for personal use not related to credited academic exercises or legal employment search.
