w: Inside.Law/Room and Technology Reservations
Follow the three easy steps to determine what rooms are available and to submit a room request: check room availability, request room, reserve technology. Once your request is properly submitted, you will immediately receive an autoreply email indicating such. Processing and confirmation of your room request will occur within 24-48 business hours, but typically sooner. Only after receiving confirmation of your room reservation may you publicize event details. AV/Ed Tech needs for events should be requested as soon as confirmation is received https://inside.law.umn.edu/rooms/technology.html
Room assignments for Law School classes take priority at the beginning of each semester. As a result, non-class requests will be held in queue until the class schedule is completed and entered into the system and then requests in queue will be responded to in the order that they were received. An application for permission to serve alcohol must be obtained prior to the event and all policies must be followed.

When selecting “Make a Reservation” note the event related links at the left for requesting tables, sign holders, video monitor postings, A/V requests, alcohol applications, and other event related items.
Tabling in front of the Bookstore
Just need to reserve a table on the Subplaza to promote your event? Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of your group, days/times you want to use the table. Tables will be set up in front of the Bookstore.
