Walter Mondale: New Scholarship

Walter Mondale: New Scholarship

Former Vice President Walter Mondale (’56) has established an endowed scholarship that, true to his spirit, carries broad requirements, allowing a wide range of Law School students to benefit from his gift. In addition, he donated a gold President Jimmy Carter official inaugural medal and a bronze vice presidential medal, which are housed in the Riesenfeld Rare Books Research Center in a permanent exhibit devoted to his life and career.

Thank You for Being our Partner in 2011-12!

The collective generosity of our alumni and friends helped the Law School's Partners in Excellence Annual Fund reach over $862,000 last fiscal year. Thank you to our many alumni and friends who stepped forward and supported the Law School.

Contributions of all sizes to the Annual Fund make a significant impact on the lives of our students and on the Law School. Your donations support everything from student scholarships to faculty hiring, library resources, clinics, journals, student organizations, and much more. Your ongoing support ensures that current and future generations of students receive the same world-class education that you did and helps us prepare them for successful and meaningful careers.

The Law School operates on a fiscal year that begins July 1 and ends on June 30. We hope you will renew your partnership with the Law School again in 2012-13.
