Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice

The journal was founded in 1981 to examine the social impact of law on disadvantaged people. Law and Inequality publishes articles by legal scholars and practitioners, law students, and non-lawyers. Members of the staff are selected on the basis of their writing abilities and their commitment to eliminating inequality.
