It is typeset at Joe Christensen, Inc., Lincoln, Nebraska 68521. The current subscription rate is $18.00 per year. Single copies of issues in the current volume are $10.00. Subscriptions are free to prisoners. Notifications of change of address should include old and new addresses with zip codes. Subscriptions are renewed automatically upon expiration, unless a written request for discontinuation is received. Back issues and volumes are available from William S.
