Submission Information

The Minnesota Law Review is published six times a year in November, December, February, April, May, and June by the Minnesota Law Review Foundation. Submissions for Volume 93 of the Minnesota Law Review are closed. Submissions will re-open for Volume 94 on Wednesday, February 18, 2009.

The Minnesota Law Review strongly prefers electronic submissions in Microsoft Word format, submitted via the ExpressO law journal submission management service.

Additionally, we accept manuscripts sent via email to mnlawrev@umn.edu, as well as printed manuscripts. We regret, however, that printed manuscripts cannot be returned. The accompanying cover letter should indicate the total number of words in the article (including text and footnotes) and the number of words in text alone.

Citations in all manuscripts should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

The Minnesota Law Review does not accept submissions from law students.
