Submission Information

The Journal invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Please submit your manuscript via e-mail to mjil@umn.edu or send one copy of your manuscript with a copy on a disk in Microsoft Word format. You may also submit by mailing to:

The article should be double-spaced above-the-line and footnotes should be single-spaced. Citations should generally conform to A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). We regret that manuscripts cannot be returned.

We are unable to accept manuscripts from J.D. candidates, but do accept manuscripts from J.S.D. candidates and judicial clerks.
