The Robina Institute posed this question to a group of scholars, practitioners, and policy makers challenging them to envision a key reform that they believe could transform the criminal justice system. Ten experts. Ten Proposals. Fifteen minutes each.

This event is free and open to the public, registration is strongly encouraged.
