LTAG presents attorneys from Danforth v. Minnesota, a U.S. Supreme Court case

More Info: The Litigation and Trial Advocacy Group will be hosting Benjamin Butler and Patrick Diamond -- two Minnesota Law alumn -- as well as co-counsel to discuss their experience arguing in the case of Danforth v. Minnesota at the United States Supreme Court.

The attorneys will discuss issues related to the appeals process, the Supreme Court experience, how to successfully work on a trial team, and effective methods for brief writing and oral advocacy.
