The conference will examine contemporary challenges that emerge for women in conflict and post-conflict settings. Among the topics: the relevance of methodologies to assess women’s experiences of harm, legal accountability for gendered harms in armed conflict, and enforcing international legal norms.
Organized by the University of Minnesota Law School with the Transitional Justice Institute (Belfast) Co-sponsored by the American Society of International Law and funded by the Robina Foundation
