More Info: The Benjamine N. Berger Professorship in Criminal Law reappointment lecture by Prof. Richard Frase will present a hybrid sentencing model that integrates theory and practice, and accommodates the competing sentencing purposes and procedural values that must each be given important roles in any workable and sustainable sentencing system.
