Failed Evidence: Exploring Modern Evidentiary Shortcomings with David Harris, Author

More Info: Join us for a presentation of David Harris's new book, "Failed Evidence: Why Law Enforcement Resists Science" on Thursday, Nov. 8, 5pm-6pm. David discusses the shaky foundation of many modern evidentiary practices, the implications on criminal law practice, and the pushback against change. Ramsey County Attorney John Choi will also present his thoughts, and perhaps a defense of modern evidentiary practices.
