Judges And Clerks Share Advice On Legal Writing, Effective Briefs

February 20, 2009—Several Minnesota Court of Appeals judges and law clerks will share their thoughts on effective legal writing, especially brief writing. The panel discussion, "Effective Legal Writing As Seen From The Other Side Of The Bench," will take place Feb. 25, 2009, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. in Room 25. A reception will follow in Auerbach Commons.
