Theresa Stadheim Wins ABA Antitrust Writing Award

MARCH 23, 2010—Theresa Stadheim ('10) recently learned that she won first-place honors in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law's Annual Student Writing Competition for 2009-10.

She won for her law review article "Rambus, N-Data, and the FTC: Creating Efficient Incentives in Patent Holders and Optimizing Consumer Welfare in Standards-Setting Organizations," which was published in the Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology, Vol. 19, No. 2, 2009.

In addition to a $2,000 cash prize, Stadheim received an invitation for an expenses-paid trip to the April 21-23 spring meeting of the Antitrust Section in Washington, D.C., to receive her award.
