Description:

This seminar the students decide from the facts of actual cases what the law should be. They are to use logic, instinct, experience, common sense, some unavoidable nonsense and all other mental and emotional processes that are the substance of the law and very much involved in its making. The only forbidden ingredient in the discussions is known or suspected law.
