Description:

Islamic law is one of the oldest system in the contemporary age. This course introduces the origins of Islamic law, its sources, and major school of jurisprudence. The course will explore several substantive ares of Islamic law, criminal law, constitutional law, international law, comm'l law, banking law and insurance, marriage, divorce and child custody cases.
