State and Local Taxation

Course Description:

This course covers how states and local government bodies raise revenues, and how the U.S. Constitution limits that ability. Students interested in public policy, state and local government, and the interaction of the
states and federal government will likely enjoy the class.
Students need not have taken any previous tax course to enroll in this course. Students also do not need to have liked federal income tax to take and enjoy this class.
