Minnesota Law Review
Course Description: The LAW REVIEW publishes six issues each year and accepts submissions on any legal topic. Second-year students write their own case note or note, possibly for publication, and cite check other authors' work. Students can expect to submit their rough draft during the fall, and can anticipate up to seventy hours of cite checking per semester. In the third year, editors focus in one of three areas: articles from outside authors; notes and comments written by our law students; and management, including coordinating cite checking.
There are thirty-two second-year staff positions on LAW REVIEW. Positions are based on the petitions, grades and personal statement.
