Representing Detained Families and Raid Victims in Dilley

Students and attorneys will provide detailed information about their experience representing newly arrived families and victims of ICE raids in the Dilley Family Detention Center.  Participants will learn about the legal framework surrounding the Central American refugee flow and about the avenues in which families are winning release from detention and relief from removal including information about stays of removal, credible fear interviews and requests for re-interviews.
