Through a series of weekly presentations by different guest speakers, this course introducesstudents to different perspectives, areas of practice and practice tools relating to the field of patent law.Goals: The underlying objective of this course is to help students become better advisors to theirclients. Students will learn to identify and articulate the numerous challenges faced by patentpractitioners and their clients and the various practices, tools and approaches that can be used to address those challenges and assist clients. In short, students will learn the art of asking carefully crafted questions.Master of Science Patent Law students only
