This course will focus on mitigation strategies as part of a simple, yet comprehensive risk-based analytical framework that a lawyer can utilize in assisting clients navigate challenges in the area of cyber security. This risk-based framework will expand upon the foundational legal analytic skills students develop early in their law school training and will include key aspects of evaluating cyber security risk, including: threats, vulnerability, impact, and likelihood.
