Spring 2019
This course will cover the key constitutional, statutory, technological, and policy issues regarding computer crime, electronic-evidence gathering (including electronic surveillance), and cybersecurity. The course grade will be determined by a final paper, a brief class presentation based on the final paper, and class participation. Criminal Procedure (LAW 6085) is recommended (but not required) as a prerequisite.Â
