Advanced Environmental Law – 6885

This course will provide in-depth instruction regarding current environmental issues through class discussions and presentations by leading public, private, and nonprofit environmental law practitioners.  Students will prepare four short papers through the semester to encourage greater exploration of the law.  There is no exam.  The course will provide students with a solid foundation regarding a breadth of issues and prepare them for life and practice as an environmental lawyer.
