This is a new initiative of the Human Rights Center for students interested in human rights and international law. Each month one faculty member will join interested students for an informal breakfast in the Human Rights Center to discuss career experiences and talk about their research and policy work. The aim is to further connect our exceptional human rights and international law faculty with law students interested in these fields.

Professor Morrison is a recognized scholar of international law and comparative public law. He teaches constitutional law, international law, local government, and comparative public law. He has served as the Counselor on International Law for the U.S. Department of State and as counsel for the United States before the International Court of Justice and in the Iran United States Claims Tribunal. He has also worked on constitutional and rule of law questions in Sudan, South Sudan, Kosovo, and Ukraine.
