Dr. Robinson is an International Law Specialist at the United States Department of Defense. He works for the Office of Chief Defense Counsel on the 9/11 death penalty case at Guantanamo Bay. Part of his work has involved important advances in the United Nations system related to due process rights and the rehabilitation of torture victims. Mitch is originally from Mississippi and has an LL.M. from Aberystwyth University in 2005 and a PhD in International law from the Graduate Institute of International studies in Geneva.
