Human Rights in Practice: Transitional Justice
The Human Rights in Practice series gives students the opportunity to engage with international law and human rights practitioners in an informal setting and to learn about diverse career paths in the field. This session will allow students to talk to visiting experts from the Transitional Justice Institute.
TJI is a world-leading law-led multidisciplinary research centre focusing on transitional justice - how societies deal with the transition from conflict or oppression-, human rights, international law, peace and conflict. The panel will feature: Professor Professor Brandon Hamber, Dr. Thomas Obel Hansen, Dr. Khanyisela Moyo, Seamus Campbell (Ph.D. candidate), and Philipp Schultz (Ph.D. candidate).
