Public Charge Forum

The James H. Binger Center for New Americans is partnering with the University of Minnesota Immigration Response Team to host a form explaining the Trump Administration's proposed Public Charge Rule and how to participate in the rulemaking process.

The event will discuss the content of the rule and its implications, how this rule might affect work done at the University of Minnesota and the people with whom we interact, and resources and tips on submitting an effective public comment
