Adam Hansen is a practicing appellate advocate who works to advance the rights of employees and consumers. He has litigated numerous cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals. He dedicates his practice to fighting discrimination, retaliation, wage theft, and forced arbitration. His work places special emphasis on preserving access to the class and collective action mechanisms necessary to remedy systemic violations of worker and consumer protection laws.
Before entering private practice, Hansen clerked for the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Hansen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Class of 2008.
