Alexandria (Alex) Reyes is Senior Counsel in the Cards and Personal Loans Section of Wells Fargo’s Consumer Banking, Payments, and Wealth & Investment Management Division. In this role, she supports the Bank’s credit card and co-brand businesses by providing legal and regulatory guidance on innovative consumer financial products.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Reyes defended clients in financial and general commercial litigation for 10 years at law firms in Atlanta and Minneapolis. She has extensive litigation, trial, arbitration, and mediation experience, including as first and second chair, and has appeared in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Reyes also has an active pro bono practice, with a focus on matters relating to immigration (DACA) and housing.

Reyes is a second-generation faculty member at the University of Minnesota.
