Clinton Cutler

Clinton Cutler is executive vice president and a member of the executive committee and Board of Directors of Fredrikson & Byron, PA. He is past chair of the Firm's Bankruptcy Department. He specializes in representation of debtors and creditors in all types of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

Cutler is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and is certified as a business bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is a past officer and member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Cutler is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and related topics; since 2005, he has taught a clinical course in consumer bankruptcy law at the University of Minnesota Law School.
