Emily McNee is an employment lawyer at Littler Mendelson. She is a strategic advisor and litigator who routinely works with employers on a broad range of employment law issues arising under federal, state, and local law. Following graduation from law school, Emily was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Louise Dovre Bjorkman at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Emily has taught as an adjunct legal writing instructor at the University of Minnesota Law School since 2015.Â
