Gordon Shumaker is a trial lawyer specializing in trial and appellate litigation. Shumaker has also served as a Minnesota District Court Judge and a Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge. He is an adjunct professor of law in Evidence at University of Minnesota Law School, William Mitchell College of Law, Hamline University Law School, and Mitchell-Hamline Law School; and adjunct professor of law in Trial Practice at University of Minnesota Law School as well as the author of Rulings on Evidence: Manual for Trial Judges.
