Retired Partner, Dorsey & Whitney LLP (international law firm headquartered in Minneapolis). Practiced in the areas of corporate finance, investment companies, mergers and acquisitions, public companies, and general corporate law, from 1978 through 2012. Also served as the firm’s General Counsel from 2009 through 2012, and taught in the firm’s new lawyer training program.
