Rebekah L. Bailey is a partner at Nichols Kaster, PLLP and a tireless advocate committed to civil rights and social justice. She dedicates her practice to the representation of everyday people, primarily employees and consumers in complex class and collective action litigation nationwide.
Bailey has served as a member of the firm’s National Wage and Hour Team and a founding member of its Civil Rights and Impact Group and its Consumer Class Action Group. She leads the firm’s e-discovery committee, and she has spoken at national conferences on various topics, such as electronic discovery, arbitration, equal pay, and various wage and hour issues. In both employment and consumer cases, through individual and class representation, Bailey helps everyday people seek redress from big businesses.
