Zach Crain’s clients include businesses, hospitals and medical providers, social services charities, insurers and nonprofit health plans, and trade associations. He advises these clients on corporate and real estate transactions, and on regulatory compliance and risk management matters. Crain also has experience representing health care professionals in licensing and regulatory proceedings.
Combining a background in business and prior in-house experience, Crain excels at translating complex themes for his clients while positioning them to be successful. He works collaboratively with clients and colleagues, as he focuses on building strong and lasting relationships.
Outside of work, you can find him raising his children, spending time outdoors, and socializing with family and friends.
