Prof. Hickman Quoted in Forbes on Kuretski Decision

Professor Kristin Hickman was quoted in a column authored by Peter Reilly for Forbes about the District of Columbia Circuit's recent decision in Kuretski v. Commissioner, in which the court rejected a separation of powers challenge to the President's ability to remove judges of the United States Tax Court for cause. Reilly quoted Hickman's suggestion that the court's opinion in the case was "a fun and fascinating bit of academic folderol."
