Rebecca Lucero, 3L, has been awarded the Law Student Volunteer Award by the Minnesota Justice Foundation (MJF). Lucero will be honored at MJF's 19th Annual Awards Celebration on November 9.

In Fall 2006, the Law School created the Institute for Law and Rationality, one of four new institutes. The Institute considers how cognition, emotion, and empathy can and do inform law and policymaking.
