More Info: Federal Bar Association, a Student Organization at the University of Minnesota Law School, will be hosting attorneys Steven J. Wells & Patrick J. McLaughlin (Partners at Dorsey & Whitney, L.L.P.). Mr. Wells and Mr. McLaughlin will discuss the Supreme Court’s two minded approach to Death Penalty litigation – one path heading toward basic human rights, the other heading toward an incredibly deferential view of federalism.
